1. What is processed

- Telegram id, name and username — for sign-in and support.
- Email — only if you provided one for receipts.
- Provider payment events: payment id, amount, status. Card details never reach
the store and are not stored.
- Technical records: request path, time and request id.

2. Why

The data is needed to issue and renew a subscription, accept payment, produce
receipts and answer support requests.

3. Retention

Financial records are kept as long as accounting and reporting require. Other
personal data is deleted or anonymized on request.

4. Who receives it

Only the payment and fiscal providers chosen by the store owner, and only to the
extent needed to process a payment. Data is never sold.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, or anonymization of your
account. Send requests to support: @vaqybin. Anonymization removes personal
identifiers and keeps only the financial records that must be retained.

6. Cookies

The site test.raccoonito.org uses functional cookies for the sign-in session, the selected
language and the referral link. No advertising cookies are used.
