Public offer

1. General

This document is a public offer by the owner of Raccoonito Shop (the "Provider") at
test.raccoonito.org. Paying for an order means the terms of this offer are fully accepted.

2. Subject

The Provider grants the Customer access to the service for the period and scope
stated by the plan selected on the plans page.

3. Price and payment

• Prices are shown on the plans page and in the bot, in RUB.
• Payment is made through the connected providers or from the internal balance.
• The service is considered delivered once access is issued.

4. Term

Access is granted for the plan period and ends on the date shown in the account.
Any grace period is shown separately in the account.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the Customer's internal balance after a request to support
@vaqybin, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for outages of communication networks or
third-party services. The Customer is responsible for keeping the subscription
link private.

7. Legal details

The Provider's legal details are published by the store owner on this page before
